Relaţia dintre beneficiul social şi costurile sociale

Abstract

Articolul prezintă o abordare științifică a costului social în contextul actualei crize pandemice și a corelării acestuia cu beneficiul social. Se analizează importanța actualizării valorii beneficiilor şi a costurilor pentru obţinerea valorii actuale. Se concluzionează că alocările efectule din buget au întotdeauna un conținut social. Alocările de mijloace bugetare, în special pentru sectorul social, sunt costuri sociale, iar beneficiile scontate au la fel un caracter social.

The article presents a scientific approach to the social cost in the context of the current pandemic crisis and its correlation with social benefit. The importance of updating the value of benefits and costs to obtain the current value is analyzed. It is concluded that the allocations effected from the budget always have a social content. Allocations of budgetary means, especially for the social sector, are social costs, and the expected benefits have a social character as well.
