Argumentarea economică a ajustării managementului operaţional al întreprinderilor de confecţii la modele mai avansate de cooperare cu clienţii străini

Abstract

The study of the experience of other countries leads to the conclusion that the Lohn production in Republic of Moldova could decrease by year 2025 up to 15% in comparison to today’s volume. This conclusion is based on the fact that those countries that had operated on Lohn production in the 1960s stopped using this system by the 90s, moving to more sophisticated schemes like FOB and private label. The given article reflects on the most appropriate operational management to be followed by Moldovan companies in the process of transfer to such schemes.
