Competitivitatea ofertelor de leasing în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Necesitatea şi perspectiva leasingului în Republica Moldova a fost evidentă chiar de la începutul tranziţiei spre economia de piaţă. Uzarea totală a fondurilor fixe ale întreprinderilor şi lipsa mijloacelor proprii pentru modernizarea şi reutilarea mijloacelor de producţie au constituit condiţiile ce au generat dezvoltarea leasingului. Operaţiunile de leasing reprezintă o sursă importantă de finanţare a companiilor, ce permite depăşirea dificultăţilor generate de un mediu antreprenorial defavorizat, în care finanţările sunt limitate şi costisitoare. În condiţiile în care mediul concurenţial din ţara noastră devine tot mai aspru, viteza de reacţie a companiilor la schimbările din mediul extern este vitală. Leasingul, prin operativitatea sa, satisface, în intervale de timp foarte scurte, nevoia de fonduri pentru investiţii a agenţilor economici.

The need and prospect for leasing in Moldova was obvious even from the very beginning of the transition period towards market economy. Total wear and tear of the fixed assets of companies and the lack of own funds for the upgrading and refurbishment of the production means, were the conditions that generated the development of leasing. Leasing operations represent an important source for financing companies, which allows tackling the problems generated by an underprivileged entrepreneurial environment, wherein funding is limited and costly. Since the competition environment conditions are harsher and harsher, it is a matter of company’s future how quickly it reacts to the changes from the outside environment. Leasing, which is an efficient financial instrument, suffices the investment funds needed by the economic agents in a very short period of time.
