dc.description.abstract	В статье рассматриваются особенности возведения зданий на просадочных грунтах в Молдове. На основе проведенных полевых и лабораторных исследований предлагается техническое решение по устранению просадочности. Существенное улучшение физико-механических характеристик грунтов позволяет снизить расчетную сейсмичность площадки строительства и уменьшить стоимость возведения объекта.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	În articol sunt examinate particularităţile edifi cării clădirilor pe pământurile cu tasabilitate sporită pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Pe baza studiilor de teren și de laborator, se propune o soluţie tehnică pentru eliminarea tasabilităţii. O îmbunătăţire semnificativă a caracteristicilor fizico-mecanice ale pământurilor face posibilă reducerea seismicităţii estimate a amplasamentului și reducerea costului de edifi care a obiectului.
dc.description.abstract	The article examines the features of the construction of buildings on subsiding soils in the Republic of Moldova. Based on the conducted field and laboratory studies, a technical solution is proposed to eliminate subsidence. A significant improvement in the physical-mechanical characteristics of the soils makes it possible to reduce the estimated seismicity of the construction site and reduce the cost of erection of the object.
