Influence of a corner and distances between working bodies on productivity bars mixer of continuous action

Abstract

In this paper the results of investigation of the influence geometrical parameters on the mixer productivity. According to the results of the experiments was obtained by mathematical model of stirring the mixture, graphics depending built Y = f(xi), as well as nomogram interactions between factors.

În prezenta lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele studiului influenţei unghiului şi distanţei dintre organe de lucru asupra productivităţii malaxoarelor cu bare cu funcţionare continuă. În rezultatul cercetării s-a obţinut modelul matematic al procesului de preparare a amestecului, construit dependenţele grafice Y = f(xi) şi elaborat nomograma interacţiunii factorilor studiaţi.

Dans le travail on présente les résultats de l'étude de l'influence des paramètres géométriques du mélangeur à sa productivité. D'après les résultats des expériences on recevait le modèle mathématique du procès du malaxage du mélange, on construit les dépendances graphiques Y = f (xi), ainsi que le nomogramme de la coopération des facteurs.

В работе представлены результаты исследования влияния геометрических параметров смесителя на его производительность. По результатам опытов была получена математическая модель процесса перемешивания смеси, построены графические зависимости Y = f(xi), а также номограмма взаимодействия факторов.
