dc.description.abstract One of the ways to enhance manufacturing processes of gears is to use volume processing by plastic deformation. Reduced consumption of energy, materials and workmanship by plastic deformation processing is influenced by correct determination of the dimensions of semifinished goods. The power required for plastic deformation is determined by the dimensions of the product, the nature of the material, temperature regime, the deformation speed and degree, geometry of the deformation roller, etc. As basis for the manufacturing technology of gears with convexconcave profile in the precessional gear by plastic deformation by rolling motion, the similarity of the tool (roller deformation) with roller motion in precessional gear was used. en_US
dc.description.abstract Una dintre modalităţile de a intensifica procesele de fabricare a roţilor dinţate este utilizarea prelucrării volumice prin deformare plastică. Consumul redus de energie, materiale şi manoperă la prelucrarea prin deformare plastică este influenţată de determinarea corectă a dimensiunii semifabricatelor. Puterea necesară la deformarea plastică este determinată de dimensiunile piesei, de natura materialului, regimul de temperatură, viteza şi gradul de deformare, geometria rolei de deformare, etc. La baza tehnologiei de fabricare a roţilor dinţate cu profil convex – concav din angrenajul precesional prin deformare plastică prin rulare a fost utilizată similitudinea mişcării sculei (rolei de deformare) cu mişcarea rolei din angrenajul precesional. ro
dc.description.abstract Une des façons d'augmenté les processus de fabrication des engrenages est d'utiliser le volume par le traitement de la déformation plastique. La consommation d'énergie réduite, des matériaux et de fabrication par le traitement de la déformation plastique est influencée par la détermination correcte des dimensionnés de semi-finis. La puissance nécessaire à la déformation plastique est déterminée par la taille de la pièce, la nature du matériau, le régime de température, la vitesse et le taux de déformation, la géométrie rouleaux de déformation, etc. Lors de la technologie de fabrication des engrenages avec profil convexe – concave de l’engrenage precessionnelle par déformation plastique par roulement, a été utilisée la similitude de déplacement de l'outil (rouleaux de déformation) avec le mouvement de rouleaux d’engrenage precessionnelle. fr
dc.description.abstract Одним из путей интенсификации производственных процессов обработки зубчатых колёс является объемная пластическая деформация. Сокращение потребления энергии, материалов и труда при обработке пластическим деформированием зависит от правильного определения размеров заготовки. В основу технологии изготовления зубчатых колес с выпукло-вогнутым профилем прецессионных передач пластическим деформированием было использовано сходство движения инструмента для деформации с движением роликов в прецессионной передаче. ru
