Relevanţa documentelor de politici în formarea transportatorilor rutieri: context normativ şi metodologic

Abstract

În Republica Moldova formarea profesională a conducătorilor de autovehicule, transportatori rutieri de mărfuri și persoane, este componentă a cadrului învățării pe tot parcursul vieții și este orientată spre formarea competențelor profesionale. Serviciile de transport rutier fac obiectul mai multor acte normative în vigoare, care necesită a şi transpuse în contextul formării profesionale și racordate la recomandările Parlamentului European. În articol este prezentată formarea profesională a conducătorilor de autovehicule, transportatori rutieri de mărfuri și persoane, în context normativ și metodologic.

In the Republic of Moldova, the professional training of the drivers of vehicles, haulers and road transporters of persons is a component of the lifelong learning and is oriented towards the formation of professional competences. Road transport services are the subject of several legal acts in force, which need to be transposed in the context of vocational training and linked to the recommendations of the European Parliament. The article presents the professional training of drivers of vehicles, haulers and transporters of persons, in normative and methodological context.
