Necesitatea şi căile modificării climatului investiţional în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În acest articol sunt analizate diverse aspecte ale investiţiilor. În orice economie investiţiile fac legătura dintre prezent şi viitor. Acumularea de capital fix, atât productiv, cât şi neproductiv, construirea de clădiri de locuit, şcoli, teatre etc., asigură premisele ridicării standardului de viaţă al populaţiei. Autorii evidenţiază necesitatea schimbării esenţiale a politicilor investiţionale. În concluzii ei susţin că îmbinarea politicii de asigurare a investiţiilor cu politica de promovare a exporturilor creează o premisă puternică pentru garantarea creşterii economice.

In this article, various aspects of investments are analyzed. In every economy, investments make the link between present and future. Gathering of fix capital, both productive and unproductive, constructing buildings for leaving, schools, theaters, ensure the premises of raising population standards of live. The authors emphasize the need for essential change of investment policies. In conclusions, authors present the idea that combining the policy of investment with that of exports promotion will create a strong prerequisite for the economic growth.
