Evaluarea patrimoniului public în Republica Moldova

Abstract

The public domain has a strong specific over private property. Public property valuation also has specific elements. This article describes the particularity of public property valuations in the Republic of Moldova, the valuation problems conditioned by legislation especially the problems in privatization process. The author demonstrates the consequences of existing legal provisions and proposes ways of solving the identified problems.
