dc.description.abstract	This article describes the main aspects of the legal regulation of banking activities in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the basic principles of the Moldovan banking system, its structure and essence. In an analysis of the legal regulation of banking activities by the state, the authors identified disadvantages in the absence of regulatory consolidation of some basic categories that have theoretical and practical significance.	en_US
