Deprecierea valorii construcţiilor

Abstract

Real estate properties are the most important elements of an economic activity that contributes to value creation, once it is included in the economic cycle, regardless of ownership of the wearer; whether it is public property, private property or collective. All the types of real estate must be managed and professional organized by specialized persons in order to increase the value of the property. The competent analysis of all aspects that are related to a proper estimation of the value of real estate with the evidence of accumulated depreciation are used as decision support.

Proprietăţile imobiliare reprezintă cele mai importante elemente dintr-o activitate economică ce contribuie la crearea valorii, odata ce sunt incluse în circuitul economic, indiferent de purtatorul dreptului de proprietate, fie că este vorba de proprietate publică, proprietate privată sau colectivă. Toate tipurile de proprietăţi imobiliare trebuie conduse şi organizate profesional de persoane specializate, pentru sporirea valorii acestora. Estimarea adecvată a valorii proprietăţilor imobiliare cu evidenţa deprecierii acumulate şi analiza competentă a tuturor aspectelor care ţin de acestea sunt utilizate ca suport în luarea deciziilor.
