Abstract:
Year by year, the youth leaves our country and goes abroad in order to find a better institution for improving and developing their studying abilities. It is an opportunity for each student, but at the same time it’s an alarm for the government to be more prudent, because this process can generate social and economic problems. Students are always in move, they dream of a life that is outside our country. Unfortunately, here, because of the low economie, or of the financial limitations they are not motivated to remain. To save the treasure of our country - the youth, the government have to promote Pro-Youth reforms that will determine the future students to study here and the others to come back. A pro-youth politic must include the raising of the scholarships, the implementation of attractive projects, the ensuring of the youth with jobs and decent wages, after graduating.
