Abstract

The paper presents the author's experience and generated results in two research projects, relevant for the overall effort at both national and regional level to identify medium and long term directions and priorities in research, development and innovation for the ICT domain: “The National Strategy for Research, Development and Innovation for 2014-2020” and “Regional ICT Foresight exercise for Southeast European countries".
