dc.description.abstract Lucrarea prezintă rezultatele studiului de evidenţiere a condițiilor optime de izolare a enzimelor lipolitice din lichidul cultural (LC) al micromicetei Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 01, cultivate în prezenţa a 10 mg/l nano-oxid TiO2 cu dimensiunea 40 nm. A fost stabilit că raportul LC:etanol de 96 % de 1:3, pH-ul mediului de reacţie 7,0 şi durata de contact LC:etanol de 2 ore asigură obținerea preparatelor lipolitice cu activitate enzimatică mai înaltă cu 50 % față de preparatele-martor obținute standard. Parametrii evidențiați de izolare a lipazelor prezintă rentabilitate din punct de vedere al resurselor materiale utilizate şi al timpului investit. The paper presents the results of the study to highlight the optimal conditions for the isolation of lipolytic enzymes from the cultural liquid (CL) of Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 01 micromycete, grown in the presence of 10 mg/L nano-oxide TiO2 with dimension of 40 nm. It was established that the CL: ethanol of 96 % ratio of 1:3, the pH of the reaction medium 7.0 and the contact time of CL: ethanol of 2 hours ensures the obtaining of lipolytic preparations with higher enzymatic activity by 50 % compared to control-preparation, obtained standard. The highlighted conditions of isolation of lipases present profitability in terms of material resources and time invested. 23 references, 3 tables В статье представлены результаты исследования по выявлению оптимальных условий выделения липолитических ферментов из культуральной жидкости (КЖ) микромицета Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 01, выращенного в присутствии 10 мг/л нано окисла TiO2 размером в 40 нм. Было установлено, что соотношение КЖ : этанол 96 % - 1:3, pH реакционной среды - 7,0 и время контакта КЖ : этанол - 2 часа обеспечивают получение липолитических препаратов с более высокой ферментативной активностью на 50 % по сравнению с контрольным препаратом, полученным стандартным методом. Выявленные условия выделения липаз являются рентабельными с точки зрения материальных ресурсов и затраченного времени. Библ. – 23, таб. – 3. en_US
