Abstract:
17 samples were surveyed for the harvest of 2014 white wines produced within the Producers Guild of Wines with Protected Geographical Indication “Valul lui Traian”. Indices were determined physicochemical and organoleptic qualities. Results were achieved on physico-chemical clues regulated and some complementary indices (glycerol, 2,3-butanediol, ash, nonvolatile organic acids, cations).
