Abstract

Examining the fundamental duties of man and citizen ratio of the individual and the state in a comparative, interdisciplinary, elucidating the concept of “basic duties” from a legal perspective, political, psychological and sociological, study of historical perspective the evolution of perception mandatory duties fundamental to establish the main criteria for classification and analysis of the types of duties fundamental features and principles of constitutional analysis to achieve the fundamental duties.
