Abstract:
The buildings with architectural value from Chisinau is characterized by an older age than the normative, advanced degree of physical wear and tear, which requires local public authorities and owners to carry out major repairs and rehabilitation as appropriate. In order to elaborate the specifications necessary for the calculation of the estimate value, it is necessary to carry out the expertise and defectology of the building and of the constructive elements in part. In order to carry out these activities, in this article are exposed some important aspects of defectology of buildings with architectural value.
