The motivations that lead a person to plan and undertake a trip, a vacation is a complex function with variables ranging from the natural characteristics of the destination to infrastructure and facilities, from historical and cultural value to financial considerations. Cultural tourism is closely related to the historical past of the locations chosen as tourist destinations.
