dc.description.abstract The article clarifies certain issues related to the implementation of quality management systems in beer and soft drink companies, including in the process of harmonizing local legislative and regulatory requirements with European Community legislation. The divergences are analyzed, which appeared at different stages of implementation of the new standards, certain gaps related to the substitution of post-Soviet standards with international standards. The implementation of this model of production organization has faced certain reluctance, caused by the retroactive way of designing and treating processes. The key element, which reluctantly accepted the implementation of quality management systems, was the operator, which required a longer period, necessary for this phenomenon awareness. Continuous quality improvement has become applicable in terms of process and product quality control and monitoring only after the implementation of the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system. en_US
dc.description.abstract Articolul elucidează anumite probleme legate de implementarea sistemelor de management al calității la întreprinderile de producere a berii și a băuturilor răcoritoare, inclusiv în procesul de armonizare a cerințelor legislative și normative locale cu legislația comunității europene. În acest sens, sunt analizate divergențele care au apărut în diferite etape de implementare a standardelor noi, anumite lacune legate de substituirea standardelor postsovietice cu standardele internaționale. Implementarea acestui model de organizare a producerii s-a confruntat cu anumite reticențe cauzate de modul retroactiv de concepere și tratare a proceselor. Elementul-cheie care a acceptat cel mai greu implementarea sistemelor de management al calității a fost operatorul, fapt ce a solicitat o perioadă mai lungă necesară pentru conștientizarea acestui fenomen. Îmbunătățirea continuă a calității a devenit aplicabilă din punct de vedere al controlului și monitorizării calității proceselor și produsului doar după implementarea sistemului KPI (Key Performance Indicators). ro
