Probleme şi soluţii în aprovizionarea întreprinderilor industriale

Abstract

Scopul principal al prezentei lucrări a fost analizarea procesului de aprovizionare într-o întreprindere industrială, sarcinile de bază fiind determinarea problemelor din lanțul logistic și stabilirea metodelor de soluționare a acestora. Studiul a fost efectuat pe baza datelor obținute din cadrul activității companiei “Fujikura Automotive MLD” S.R.L. Proiectul este structurat în 3 capitole. Așa cum întreprinderea este amplasată într-o zonă economică liberă, în primul capitol a fost efectuată o analiză și o sistematizare a conceptului ZEL, pentru a înțelege și cunoaște mai bine particularitățile acestei forme organizatorice. Au fost descrise etapele de evoluție a acestor zone atât la nivel mondial cât și la nivelul Republicii Moldova, s-au evidențiat toate facilitățile de care beneficiază rezidenzii și s-a analizat impactul activității ZEL asupra economiei regionale cât și la nivel de țară. În capitolul 2, a fost descris procesul de aprovizionare din companie cu prezentarea detaliată a acțiunilor îndeplinite de fiecare membru în dependență de departamentul din care face parte, de asemenea fost analizată și strategia Just in Time, fiind un concept de bază al companiilor japoneze. Au fost conturate avantajele și dezavantajele acestei strategii în comparație cu conceptul de producție tradițională abordat de majoritatea fabricilor din țară. În ultimul compartiment s-a efectuat o cercetare cu scopul de a determina cauzele apariției problemelor în procesul de aprovizionare. Au fost analizați factorii care duc la dezechilibrarea lanțului logistic, ca mai apoi să se propună metode de soluționare a dificultăților prezente și idei de evitarea a problemelor ulterioare.

The main purpose of the present study was to analyze the supply process in an industrial enterprise, the basic tasks being to determine the problems in the logistic chain and to establish the methods of solving them. The study was based on data obtained from the activity of the company “Fujikura Automotive MLD” S.R.L. The project is structured in 3 chapters. As the company is located in a free economic zone, in the first chapter, was made an analysis and systematization of the ZEL concept, in order to better understand the particularities of this organizational form. The stages of evolution of these areas were described at the global level and at the level of the Republic of Moldova, all the facilities that the residents benefit from were highlighted, was analyzed and the impact of the ZEL activity on the regional economy as well as at the country level. In chapter 2, was described the supply process of the company with the detailed presentation of the actions carried out by each member depending on the department of which it is part. The Just in Time strategy was also analyzed, being a basic concept of the Japanese companies. The advantages and disadvantages of this strategy were compared to the traditional production concept approached by most of the factories in the country. In the last compartment, a research was carried out in order to determine the causes of the problems in the supply process. Were analyzed the factors leading to the imbalance of the logistic chain, in order to propose methods to solve the present difficulties and ideas to avoid future problems.
