Aplicarea strategiilor de dezvoltare durabilă la întreprindere

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu – eficiența energetică. Scopul tezei este de a studia aplicarea strategiilor de dezvoltare durabilă în cadrul companiei ElectroTehnoImport, și de a contribui la eficientizarea managementului energetic la nivel industrial din Republica Moldova. Obiectivele cercetării sunt: Analiza sistemului international privind eficiența energetică, Analiza situației reale pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova și modalități de intervenție, Eficientizarea sistemelor existente. Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică a lucrării: dezvoltarea abilităților teoretico-practice de elaborare a unei strategii durabile. Problema științifică importantă soluţionată: Analiza strategiilor de dezvoltare durabilă în cadrul întreprinderii, fundamentarea științifică a proceselor de eficientizare în domeniul energetic, fapt ce ar permite dezvoltarea strategiilor existente și implementarea unui sistem strategic nou, ce ar rezolva unele probleme existente care în momentul actual se neglijează. Importanţa teoretică a tezei este în analiza strategiilor existente ce vor fi expuse spre implementare în următorii 10 ani cît și a posibilităților reale a Republicii Moldova de a se alinia la ele. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării: Rezultatele cercetării, cît și ideile expuse în ea pot fi utilizate pentru a eficientiza strategia existentă în cadrul întreprinderii și de a veni cu o nouă strategie în domeniul dezvoltării durabile care ar avea un succes potențial mai mare. Reorganizarea spre o strategie nouă în domeniul dezvoltării durabile poate deveni un impuls de dezvoltare mai intensă a companiei.

Field of study - energy efficiency. The purpose of the thesis is to study the application of sustainable development strategies within the company ElectroTehnoImport, and to contribute to the efficiency of energy management at industrial level in the Republic of Moldova. The research objectives are: Analysis of the international system on energy efficiency; Analysis of the real situation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and modalities of intervention; Efficiency of existing systems. The novelty and the scientific originality of the paper: development of theoretical-practical skills for developing a sustainable strategy. The important scientific problem solved: Analysis of sustainable development strategies within the company, scientific basis of energy efficiency processes, which would allow the development of existing strategies and the implementation of a new strategic system, which would solve some existing problems that are currently neglected. The theoretical importance of the thesis is in the analysis of the existing strategies that will be exposed for implementation in the next 10 years as well as the real possibilities of the Republic of Moldova to align with them. The applicative value of the paper: The results of the research, as well as the ideas expressed in it, can be used to make the existing strategy within the company more efficient and to come up with a new strategy in the field of sustainable development that would have a greater potential success. The reorganization towards a new strategy in the field of sustainable development can become an impulse for more intense development of the company.
