Implementarea sistemului japonez de management 20 de chei în cadrul întreprinderii ”MH Electronics” S.R.L.

Abstract

Studiul efectuat abordează problema implementării sistemului japonez de management format din 20 de chei a câte 5 nivele în cadrul întreprinderii ”MH Electronics” S.R.L. Partea introductivă descrie succint problematica studiul curent și ambițiile de implementare alsistemului în cauză. Scopul lucrării este de a demonstra aspectul practic de implementare al sistemului celor 20 de chei în cadrul întreprinderii date și de a specifica resursele necesare pentru aceasta. Obiectivele lucrării vin să specifice clar așteptările și schimbările ce urmează să se realizeze în urma implementării studiului, și anume:

- Activizarea locului de muncă în mod eficient

- Reducerea costurilor de producere și a celor suplimentare

- Îmbunătățirea calității produselor și serviciilor prestate

- Reducerea stocurilor și a produselor intermediare

Compartimentul 1 vizează aspectele de poziționare a întreprinderii în mediul de afaceri prin efectuarea descrierii detaliate a aspectelor generale ce țin de ea, în special istoricul companiei, locul ei în nișa din care face parte, produsul si serviciile oferite și dotarea tehnică. Compartimentul 2 vine cu analizarea aspectelor economico-manageriale ale întreprinderii și reflectă partea de cercetare prezent în lucrare. Evaluarea detaliată a acestor aspecte include analiza proceselor de producere, analiza costurilor de producere, analiza capacității de producere, analiza situației financiare, analiza managementului și analiza SWOT. Compartimentul 3 include partea practică de implementare al sistemului de management și reprezintăplanul de acțiuni ce urmează a fi îndeplinit. În acest compartiment se urmărește descrierea detaliată al sistemului de management, formularea obiectivelor și a scopurilor, planul de implementare al sistemului și normele de protecție a muncii. Concluziile denotă părerile și recomandările autorului după analizarea posibilităților de implementare al sistemului, precum și note cu privire la unele aspecte ale întreprinderii care mai pot fi modificate spre optimizarea proceselor și majorarea ratei de eficiență. Tot aici se regăsesc și recenziile autorului referitor la modul în cazre a influențat elaborarea prezentei lucrări la formarea sa profesională în domeniul managementului calității. Bibliografia include sursele de referință conform cărora a fost elaborată lucrarea, referindu-se atât la mediul online, precum și la publicațiile fizice. Lucrarea include 38 de imagini și 11 tabele.

The study addresses the issue of implementing the Japanese management system consisting of 20 keys of 5 levels within the company "MH Electronics" S.R.L. The introductory part briefly describes the current study issues and the ambitions of implementing the system in question. The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the practical aspect of implementing the 20 key system within the given enterprise and to specify the resources needed for it. The objectives of the paper are to clearly specify the expectations and changes to be achieved following the implementation of the study, namely:

- Activate the workplace efficiently

- Reducing production and additional costs

- Improving the quality of products and services provided

- Reduction of stocks and intermediate products

Section 1 deals with the aspects of the company's positioning in the business environment by making a detailed description of the general aspects related to it, especially the company's history, its place in the niche of which it is part, the product and services offered and technical equipment. Compartment 2 comes with the analysis of the economic-managerial aspects of the enterprise and reflects the research part present in the paper. The detailed evaluation of these aspects includes the analysis of production processes, the analysis of production costs, the analysis of production capacity, the analysis of the financial situation, the analysis of management and the SWOT. Compartment 3 includes the practical part of the management system implementation and represents the action plan to be fulfilled. This section aims at the detailed description of the management system, the formulation of objectives and goals, the implementation plan of the system and the labor protection norms. The conclusions denote the author's opinions and recommendations after analyzing the possibilities of implementing the system, as well as notes on some aspects of the enterprise that can be modified to optimize processes and increase the efficiency rate. Also here are the author's reviews on how the case influenced the elaboration of this paper to his professional training in the field of quality management. The bibliography includes the reference sources according to which the paper was elaborated, referring both to the online environment and to the physical publications.
