Perfecționarea managementului financiar la întreprindere

Abstract

Scopul tezei de master este de a cerceta aspectele teoretice şi metodologice privind conceptul de management financiar, de a efectua analiza financiară a întreprinderii și a identifica direcțiile de perfecționare a managementului financiar. Teza este structurată în trei capitole, care tratează noțiunile fundamentale ale managementului financiar și direcțiile de perfecționarea a acestuia. În introducere a fost argumentată actualitatea temei, au fost stabilite sarcinile tezei în corespundere cu tema tezei de master, au fost identificate scopul și obiectivele lucrării. În capitolul I ‘’Rolul managementului financiar în sistemul managerial al întreprinderii” sunt definite principalele aspecte teoretice ale noțiunii de management financiar a întreprinderii. Aici sunt descrise obiectivele mangementului financiar și direcțiile de perfecționare a manegementului financiar. În capitolul II „Analiza activității financiare a Î.M. Infocom și rolul acesteia în facturarea serviciilor locativ-comunale pentru municipiul Chișinău’’ a fost efectuată analiza facturării serviciilor locativ comunale în Municipiul Chișinău și a fost caracterizată întreprinderea municipală „Infocomˮ. S-a analizat patrimoniul și eficiența utilizării acestuia s-a efectuat analiza surselor de finanțare, analiza dinamicii și structurii veniturilor întreprinderii, analiza rentabilității și analiza fluxului de numerar. În capitolul III „Argumentarea măsurilor privind îmbunătățirea situației economico-financiare a Î.M.INFOCOM”, sunt trasate principalele măsuri de îmbunătățirea situației economico-financiare. S-a efectuat optimizarea mărimii capitalului de lucru net la întreprindere, sunt descrise metodele de perfecționare a planului investituțional la întreprindere și gestiunea fluxului de numerar.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to investigate the theoretical and methodological aspects of the concept of financial management, to carry out the financial analysis of the enterprise and to identify the directions of improvement of financial management. The thesis is structured in three chapters, which deal with the fundamental stakes of financial management and the directions of its improvement. In the introduction was argued the topicality of the theme, the tasks of the thesis were established in accordance with the theme of the master thesis, the purpose and objectives of the work were identified. In Chapter I ''The role of financial management in the management system of the enterprise', the main theoretical aspects of the concept of financial management of the enterprise are defined. Here are described the objectives of the financial management and the directions for the improvement of the financial management. In Chapter II "Analysis of the financial activity of .M. Infocom and its role in the billing of housing-communal services for Chisinau municipality", the analysis of the billing of communal housing services in Chisinau municipality was carried out and the municipal enterprise "Infocom" was characterized. The assets and efficiency of its use were analysed, the sources of financing were analysed, the dynamics and structure of the company's revenues, the profitability analysis and the cash flow analysis were carried out. In Chapter III "Argumentation of measures to improve the economic and financial situation of .M.INFOCOM", the main measures for improving the economic and financial situation are outlined. Optimisation of the size of net working capital at the enterprise has been carried out, methods of improvement of the investment plan at the enterprise and cash flow management are described.
