Investițiile capitale și rolul lor la dezvoltarea durabilă a întreprinderii

Abstract

Lucrarea de față este structurată în trei capitole și anume : Capitolul I , Investițiile capitale – factor determinant pentru dezvoltarea întreprinderii; Capitolul II, Analiza activității economico-financiare a întreprinderii COVIMPEX S.R.L.; Capitolul III, Propuneri privind dezvoltarea durabilă a întreprinderii bazate pe investiții capitale. Fiecare capitol cuprinde subcapitole menite de a reflecta o analiză amplă și detailată. Prezenta lucrare conține 68 de pagini, 20 de tabele care reflectă: Definiții ale conceptului de investiții; Analiza contextului concurențial al întreprinderii; Analiza activității comerciale ale întreprinderii; Analiza utilizării potențialului intern; Analiza costului de producție și a situației financiare; Structura investițiilor capitale; Evaluarea cheltuielilor necesare pentru executarea proiectului investițional. De asemenea 13 figuri ale lucrării prezintă: Componența oportunităților investiționale; Evoluția lunară a comerțului cu amănuntul și cu ridicata în RM; Dinamica venitului din vînzări; Structura organizatorică a întreprinderii; Dinamica numărului mediu scriptic al personalului; Importanța studiului de fezabilitate. Au fost utilizate 29 surse bibliografice. Analiza a fost efectuată în baza Raportului Situațiilor financiare a întreprinderii COVIMPEX S.R.L. pe anii 2017-2019, structuri organizatorice de conducere, diferite date staistice. În urma acestor cercetări am ajuns la concluzia că întreprinderea are o activitate investițională rentabilă și un potențial de creștere înalt. Aceasta se confirmă prin creșterea venitului de vînzări pe parcursul perioadei analizate și prin sortimentul vast de prouse oferite de întreprindere consumatorilor. O măsură de îmbunătățire propusă ar fi construcția unui depozit de mărfuri, care ar contribui în mod direct la formarea sortimentelor comerciale și sortînd mărfurile pe mărime, calitate, preț, culori și modele și conform nevoilor cumpărătorilor facilitează și controlul cantitativ și calitativ al mărfurilor pe care le primesc și le expediază fiind una din verigile cele mai importante în circuitul comercial. În urma implementării acestui proiect investițional, obținem un efect economic anual rezonabil.

This paper is structured in three chapters : Chapter 1: The capital investments – a decisive element for the development of the enterprise ; Chapter 2: The analyze of economic-financial activity of “COVIMPEX” enterprise; Chapter 3: Proposals on sustainable development of the enterprise based on capital investments. Each chapter contains subchapters intended to reflect a broad and detailed analyze. This work contains 68 pages, 20 charts that reflect: Definitions of the investmentconcept; The analyze of the competitive context of the enterprise; The analyze of the commercial activity of the enterprise; The analyze of the use of internal potential; Production cost and the financial situation analyze; The capital investment structure; Evaluation of the necessary expenses for the execution of the investment project. Also 13 other figures of the paper present: the composition of investment opportunities; the monthly evolution of retail and wholesale trade in the Republic of Moldova; sales revenue dynamic, organizational structure of the enterprise; dynamic of the average number of staff; the importance of feasibility study. As inspiration 29 bibliographic sources were used. The analyze was performed based on the company's Financial Statement Report “COVIMPEX S.R.L.” for the years 2017-2019, organizational management structures, different statisticsdata. Following this research, I can conclude that the company has a profitableinvestment activity and high potential of growth. This is confirmed by the increase of sales revenue during the analyzed period and due to wide range of products offered by the enterprise to the clients. A suggested improvement measure would be to build a warehouse for all the products, which would directly contribute to the formation of commercial assortments and sorting goods on size, quality, price, colors, models and according to the buyer’s needs. Also this will facilitates the quantity control and the products quality, which they receive and ship afterwards. This being one of the most important links in the commercial circle. Following the implementation of this investment project, we could obtain a reasonable annual economic impact.
