Rezerve de creștere a profitului în cadrul întreprinderii ÎS CVC “Mileștii Mici”

Abstract

Principalul obiectiv al tezei de master este analiza profitului și a factorilor de influență a acestuia, precum și distingerea rezervelor de majorare a rezultatului financiar al întreprinderii. Pentru atingerea obiectivelor, la elaborarea lucrării au fost folosite 29 de surse bibliografice printre care: monografii, articole, teze de doctor, surse electronice și rapoarte financiare. Lucrarea conține 17 tabele, 12 figuri și anexe. Lucrarea de master este compusă din 3 capitole. În capitolul 1 “Aspecte teoretice care stau la baza noțiunii de profit” sunt prezentate un șir de definiții a profitului aduse de personalități ca: J. Scumpeter, F.H. Knight, K Marx, H.F. Marshall. Toate tipurile de profit sunt definite și sunt prezentate metodele lor de calcul. Aici mai sunt prezentați și factorii interni și cei externi care influențează asupra profitului și nu în ultimul rând sunt prezentate sursele de formare a profitului. În capitolul 2 “Analiza generală și a activității economico-financiare a ÎS CVC Mileștii Mici” care este cel mai amplu capitol, este prezentat în primul rând evoluția întreprinderii de la formare și până în prezent. În urma analizei generale s-a constatat că la ÎS CVC “Mileștii Mici” sunt prezente toate funcțiunile întreprinderii. Cea mai voluminoasă parte a acestui capitol este analiza economico-financiară pentru perioada 2017-2019. În urma acestei analize s-a depistat că întreprinderea a obținut pierdere din activitatea operațională în anul 2017 și 2018, de 2,37 milioane lei respectiv 468 mii lei. Venitul din vânzări al întreprinderii se află în creștere pe perioada analizată constituind 47,5 milioane lei în 2019 iar costul vânzărilor se află în descreștere și constituie 25,2 milioane lei. Analiza rotației activelor evidențiază nivelul scăzut al vitezei de rotație care constituie 0,33 “ori“. În capitolul 3 “Rezerve de creștere a profitului în cadrul ÎS CVC Mileștii Mici” sunt prezentate o serie de măsuri care ar duce la mobilizarea rezervelor de creștere a profitului. Principalele măsuri de majorare a profitului sunt grupate în 3 categorii : măsuri de stimulare a veniturilor ( creșterea vânzărilor; dezvoltarea turismului; generarea de profit din alte activități; etc) ; măsuri de diminuare a costurilor ( automatizarea procesului de recoltare; folosirea energiei electrice proprii; diminuarea consumurilor de materiale); măsuri de accelerare a vitezei de rotație a activelor ( renegocierea contractelor cu clienții și furnizorii; acordarea de penalități pentru devierile de la contract, etc).

The main objective of the master's thesis is the analysis of profit and its influencing factors, as well as the distinction of reserves to increase the financial result of the enterprise.

In order to achieve the objectives, 29 bibliographic sources were used in the elaboration of the thesis, among which: monographs, articles, doctoral theses, electronic sources and financial reports. The thesis contains 17 tables, 12 figures and annexes. The master's thesis consists of 3 chapters.

Chapter 1 “Theoretical aspects underlying the notion of profit” presents a series of definitions of profit brought by personalities such as: J. Scumpeter, F.H. Knight, K Marx, H.F. Marshall. All types of profit are defined and their calculation methods are presented. Here are also presented the internal and external factors that influence the profit and last but not least are presented the sources of profit formation.

In chapter 2 “General analysis and economic-financial activity of ÎS CVC Milestii Mici” which is the largest chapter, is presented primarily the evolution of the enterprise from training to the present. Following the general analysis, it was found that all the functions of the enterprise are present at CVC “Milestii Mici”. The most voluminous part of this chapter is the economic-financial analysis for the period 2017-2019. Following this analysis, it was found that the company obtained a loss from operational activity in 2017 and 2018, of 2.37 million lei and 468 thousand lei. The sales revenue of the enterprise is increasing for the analyzed period amounting to 47.5 million lei in 2019 and the cost of sales is decreasing and constitutes 25.2 million lei. The analysis of asset turnover highlights the low level of turnover rate.

Chapter 3 “ Reserves to increase the profit within company ÎS CVC Milestii Mici” presents a series of measures that would lead to the mobilization of profit growth reserves. The main measures to increase profit are grouped into 3 categories: measures to stimulate revenues (increase sales; tourism development; profit generation from other activities; etc.); measures to reduce costs (automation of the harvesting process; use of own electricity; reduction of material consumption); measures to speed up the turnover of assets (renegotiating contracts with customers and suppliers; awarding penalties for deviations from the contract, etc.).
