Studiul defecțiunilor apărute în diferite faze de exploatare și determinarea impactului negativ asupra construcțiilor

Abstract

Obiectivele prezentului studiu este identificarea cauzelor care au impact negativ asupra fiabilității construcțiilor și aprecierea performantelor constructive a soluțiilor de proiect.Conținutul temei date cuprinde 36 pagini, 22 figuri și 4 tabele cu date. Studiul efectuat al prezentei teme de masterat este un studiu teoretic asupra degradărilor construcțiilor din beton armat, iar ca surse bibliografice a servit diverse cercetari, studii de caz, monografii etc.

Prezenta lucrare este structurată în 4 capitole:

Capitolul 1 prezintă cauzele principale care au condus la apariția degradărilor în elementele construcțiilor din beton armat cu descrierea succintă a influienței negative asupra integrității construcției în ansamblu.

Capitolul 2 se analizează principalele defecțiuni apărute pe durata exploatării fiind amănunțit analizat mecanismul de degradare a elementelor structurale. Capitolul 3 studiază un caz particular privind exploatarea unei hale industriale la care sa constatat abateri de la normele tehnice iar în rezultat înlăturarea deranjamentelor prin diferite soluții de consolidare.

Capitolul 4 reprezintă analiza clădirilor mun. Chișinău într-o abordare generală cu identificarea soluțiilor constructive care au stat la faza de execuție.

The aim of this work is to identify the causes of adverse impact on reliability of constructions and to assess the constructive performances of design solutions. The thesis contains 36 pages, 22 figures and 4 data tables. The subject of this master’s degree thesis is a theoretical study of degradations of reinforced concrete constructions and therefore various researches, case studies, monographies, etc. have been used as bibliographical sources.

This work consists of four chapters:

Chapter 1 analyzes the main causes, which have led to degradations in the construction elements from reinforced concrete, and it describes in details the negative effect upon the integrity of the entire building.

Chapter 2 analyzes the main defects, which occur in the course of long-term oepration, and analyzes thoroughly the mechanism of degradation of structural elements. Chapter 3 studies a particular case of operation of a production shop, where the deviations from technical standards have been revealed and some defects have been eleminated by various consolidation solutions.

Chapter 4 contains an analysis of Chisinau buildings in a general approach by identifying construction solutions, which have been used in the course of execution.
