Scopul principal al lucrării date este de a analiza conceptul de strategie, cel de competitivitate şi metodele de evaluare a acesteia, de a determina nivelul de competitivitate al produselor întreprinderii studiate și de a înainta strategii spre aplicare pentru a creşte nivelul de competitivitate al întreprinderii analizate.
The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategy concept, competitiveness concept and its evaluation methods, to determine the level of competitiveness of the products of the analyzed company and to suggest strategies that has to be implemented in order to increase the level of competitiveness of the analyzed enterprise.
