Asigurarea stabilităţii elementelor structurale ale clădirilor în timpul executării lucrărilor de reabilitare şi consolidare

Abstract

Lucrarea dată reprezintă un studiu referitor la problema asigurării rezistenței și stablilităţii elementelor structurale degradate ale clădirilor în timpul executării lucrărilor de reabilitare şi/sau consolidare. Din punct de vedere metodologic această problemă este tratată concomitent și în contextul examinării eventualelor cauze ale degradării unei construcții și stabilirea, în funcție de gradul de deteriorare, a soluțiilor optime de reabilitare/consolidare a diferitor elemente structurale. În capitolul 1 este efectuată o analiză a cauzelor ce conduc la degradarea diferitor tipuri de elemente portante ale unei construcţii și metodelor de evaluare a gradului de deteriorare (accidentare) ale acestora. Capitolul 2 reprezintă o sinteză a celor mai des întâlnite soluţii de reabilitare/consolidare ale elementelor structurale ale clădirilor (atât de la nivelul infrastructurii, cât şi suprastructurii). Capitolul 3 este consacrat obiectului prporiu-zis al tezei și reflectă importanţa sistemelor de susţinere provizorie a elementelor degradate în timpul executării lucrărilor de reabilitare/consolidare și metodologia de proiectare a acestora. În capitolul 4 este prezentat un studiu de caz referitor la adoptarea soluției de consolidare a unui stâlp prefabricat din beton armat, aflat în stare accidentală, și proiectarea sistemului de susţinere a elementelor structurale ale clădirii în timpul executării lucrărilor de reabilitare a stâlpului. În final sunt formulate o serie de concluzii şi prezentate referințe bibliografice, utilizate de autor la elaborarea tezei.

This paper is a study on the problem of providing resistance and the stability of structural elements of buildings damaged during execution of rehabilitation and / or consolidation. From the methodological standpoint this problem is treated simultaneously in the context of examining possible causes of degradation of buildings and setting, depending on the degree of damage, optimal solutions for rehabilitation / strengthening of various structural elements. Chapter 1 is an analysis of the causes leading to degradation of various types of load-bearing elements of a building and the methods for assessing the degree of damage (injury) thereof. Chapter 2 is a summary of the most common solutions for rehabilitation / strengthening of structural elements of buildings (both in infrastructure and superstructure). Chapter 3 covers subject prporiu the thesis itself and reflects the importance of support systems provisional elements degraded during execution of rehabilitation / strengthening their design and methodology. In Chapter 4 presents a case study on the adoption of decisions to strengthen a precast reinforced concrete pillar, in a state accidental and system design to support structural elements of the building during the execution of the rehabilitation works of the post. Finally some conclusions are formulated and presented references used by the author in developing the thesis.
