Managementul costurilor în construcţii edilitare

Abstract

Teza de masterat reprezintă o examinare a studiilor teoretice și practice privind administrarea surselor financiare aplicate pentru realizarea unui obiect de construcție.Scopul tezei de master constă în studierea managementul costurilor în construcție edilitare din Republica Moldova, particularitățile generale ale managementului, locul construcțiilor în economia națională precum și analiza costului de execuţie a lucrărilor de construcţie.

The Master's thesis is an examination of the theoretical and practical studies on the administration of the financial sources applied for the construction of a building object. The aim of the Master's thesis is to study the management of the cost of public building in the Republic of Moldova, the general characteristics of the management, the place of construction in the national economy as well as the analysis of the cost of execution of the construction works.
