Scopul tezei: studiul analizei comparative a grâului din specia Triticum Spelta şi a produselor rezultate la măcinare, precum şi elaborarea unui produs finit de panificaţie ce are la bază doar ingrediente naturale.
The aim of the thesis: the study of the comparative analysis of wheat from the Triticum Spelta species and of the products resulting from grinding, as well as the elaboration of a finished bakery product based on only natural ingredients.
