Soluţii de modernizare a sistemului de alimentare centralizată cu energie termică din mun. Chişinău

Abstract

Este prezentată o descriere a infrastructurii SACET-Chişinău şi a soluţiilor principale de modernizare a ei, printre acestea: transformarea centralelor termice în centrale de cogenerare a energiei, reabilitarea conductelor din sistemul de transport şi distribuţie a agentului termic, modernizarea compensatoarelor, staţiilor de pompare şi punctelor termice. Este prezentat stadiul curent de implementare a măsurilor menţionate. Printre obiectivele realizate sunt: implementarea unui sistem de monitorizare on-line a stării SACET, cu depistarea deficienţilor apărute in funcţionarea sistemului, cu înregistrarea şi arhivarea informaţiei, precum şi a unui sistem de comandă, cu calcule şi optimizări de regim. In lucrare sunt menţionate rezultatele obţinute de întreprindere pe parcursul ultimilor şapte ani in domeniul reducerii consumurilor energetice, pierderilor de agent termic şi energiei termice, costurilor unitare.

Paper presents a description of the existing infrastructure of the Chisinau district centralized heat systems as well as the system’s main modernization solutions. Among the mentioned central solutions are as follows: the heat plants conversion into cogeneration ones, rehabilitation of the transport and distribution pipelines, modernization of compensators, pumping stations and heat points. The state of the art of the implementation process is presented. The recent most important achievements are pointed out: a new on-line state monitoring system identifying the basic state deviations with the information recording and archiving as well as a new control system calculating and optimizing the system’s regimes are implemented. Paper also presents the company efforts towards cutting its internal energy consumption, thermal carrier and heat losses as well as company’s specific expenses.

Dans le travail on présente une description de l’infrastructure SACET-Chisinau et des solutions principales de modernisation de cette dernière, parmi lesquelles: la transformation des centrales thermiques en centrales de cogénération de l’énergie, la réhabilitation des conduites du système de transportation et de distribution de l’agent thermique, la modernisation des compensatoires, des stations de pompage et des points thermiques. On présente l’étape actuelle d’implémentation des mesures mentionnées. On compte parmi les objectifs réalisés: l’implémentation d’un système de monitoring en-ligne de l’état SACET, avec le dépistage des carences survenues dans le fonctionnement du système, avec l’enregistrement et l’archivage de l’information, ainsi que d’un système de commande, avec calculs et optimisations de régime. Dans le travail sont mentionnés les résultats obtenus par l’entreprise durant les dernières sept années dans le domaine de la réduction des consommations énergétiques, des pertes de l’agent thermique et de l’énergie thermique, des prix unitaires.

Приводится описание инфраструктуры централизованного теплоснабжения мун. Кишинэу и излагаются основные решения по модернизации системы, среди них: преобразование котельных в когенерационные станции, замена трубопроводов в транспортных и распределительных сетях, модернизация компенсаторов, насосных станций и тепловых пунктов. Указывается на текущее положение дел по реализации данных мероприятий. Среди достигнутого на данный момент – это внедрение системы мониторинга состояния системы в режиме on-line, с выявлением отклонений в функционировании системы, с регистрацией и архивацией информации, а также управляющей системы расчета и оптимизации режима. В работе приведены основные результаты достигнутые предприятием за последние семь лет в области сокращения собственного энергопотребления, потерь теплоносителя и тепловой энергии, и удельных затрат.
