În rezultatul studiului complex a tuturor factorilor ce influenţează producerea caramelelor drops am elaborat un Sistem de Management al Siguranţei Alimentului la toate etapele de producere, evidenţiind importanţa parametrilor materiilor prime şi a produsului finit.
In these thesis was performed the Food Safety Management System at all stages of production based on the result of the complex study of all the factors that influence the production of caramel drops, highlighting the importance of the parameters of the raw materials and of the finished product.
