Obiect de studiu: Caracteristicile variabile principale in procesul de debitare a firului.
Scopul general a tezei: Elaborarea metodei alternative de lansare a maşinilor de debitare in producţie de serie in domeniul construcţiei automotivelor.
Prezenta lucrare conţine studiu statistic a indicelui teoretic de capabilitate a caracteristicilor variabile principale, care fac parte din procesul tehnologic de debitare a cablului.
Rezultatele privind ocurenţa defectelor legate de caracteristicile variabile şi relevanţa acestor frecvenţe cu ocurenţa in condţii reale de lucru au fost calculate pe perioada de 2013-2015.
Au fost efectuate incercări in timp real şi s-a analizat graficul indicelui capabilităţii la lungime după debitare şi lungime de dezizolare.
Datorită încercărilor descrise în prezentă lucrare, s-au îmbunătăţit următorii indicatori:
- Timp fictiv de staţionare a echipamentului, care include procesul de lansare a echipamentelor în producţie de serie s-a redus de la 150 de minute la 60 de minute ;
- Cantitatea de rebut de la 25 m de cablu s-a redus la 5 m;
- Costurile legate de rebut s-au redus de la 25 Euro la 5 Euro per maşina lansată;
Beneficiarul lucrarii este producatorul cablajelor auto in Republica Moldova, SA ”Introscop”.

Object to be studied: Primary variable characteristics during cutting process. General thesis purpose: Development of an alternative method for launching cutting machines in production series in automotive industry.
In current thesis has been issued a statistical study of theoretical capability index of primary variable characteristics, which make part of technological process during cable cutting. Current thesis contains researches related to occurence of defects connected to variable characteristics, their relevance with occurence in real working conditions. All the calculations were made during the period of 2013-2015
The trials in this thesis were made in real time and there has been made a graphical analysis which reflects capability index for lead length and strip length.
Due to issued trials, the following results were obtained:
- The time of launching the machine has reduced from 150 minutes to 60 minutes ;
- The quantity of scrap has reduced from 25 m of cable to 5 m f cable ;
- Costs related to scrap were reduced from 5 Euros to 1 Euro per launched machine; The benefactor of the thesis is the manufacturer of auto harnesses in Republic Moldova,
