Utilizarea smart contractelor ca instrument de bază pentru formalizarea relațiilor într-o companie de tip DAO

Abstract

Lucrarea este compusă din 3 părţi: cunoştinţă cu blockchain, smart contracte şi partea practică. În prima parte a tezei a fost descris principiul de lucru şi soluţia ce oferă tehnologia blockchain. La fel a fost descris diferite tipuri de blockchain şi au fost efectuate comparaţie între ele. Parta a II-a cuprinde informaţii importante generale despre smart contracte. Partea a III-a fost efectuată o analiza a unui proiect dezvoltat pe baza blockchain, la fel a fost create smart contract-ele principale pentru proiectul dat.

The paper is composed from 3 parts: blockchain, smart contract and practical part. The first part of the paper describes the solution that introduces the blockchain system. Also, different types of system have been described and comparisons have been made between them. Part II contains general information on smart contracts. An analysis of a blockchain-based project was carried out in part III, and the main smart contracts for the project was created.
