Platforma guvernamentală de interoperabilitate MCONNECT

Abstract

Proiectul respectiv are drept scop proiectarea și crearea platformei de interoperabilitate, ca unica soluție tehnologică pentru realizarea unui schimb de date eficient, securizat și organizat între instituțiile publice și între instituțiile publice și mediul de afaceri, pentru a îmbunătăți confortul cetățenilor în primul rând.

Platforma guvernamentală de interoperabilitate MConnect este găzduită pe câteva mașini virtuale în platforma tehnologică guvernamentală MCloud și se conformează tuturor standardelor Cadrului European de Interoperabilitate. Aceasta oferă un șir de beneficii tuturor participanților la schimbul date: acces în timp real la date calitative, integre și autentice din multitudinea resurselor informaționale de stat și a altor sisteme; securitate și confidențialitate asigurată a datelor; mecanisme eficiente pentru monitorizare, jurnalizare și audit; timp redus pentru acces la date; asigurarea compatibilității diferitor sisteme informaționale și diverselor modele, formate de date.

Sistemul informatic MConnect folosește tehnologia open-source Enterprise Integrator, de la compania WSO2, pentru a permite comunicarea aplicațiilor diferitor sisteme informatice ale instituțiilor statului sau a celor din sectorul privat. Nucleul soluțiilor WSO2 este scris în limbajul Java, deci acestea pot fi instalate pe majoritatea mediilor de rulare și suportă cele mai complexe scenarii de integrare posibile.

Memoriul explicativ conține 81 de pagini, 90 de figuri, 7 tabele și 14 surse bibliografice.

Teza conține Introducere, 3 capitole, concluzii și bibliografie:

Capitolul 1 definește problema actuală și cadrul elaborării lucrării;

Capitolul 2 definește analiza arhitecturii serviciului și tehnicile utilizate în parcursul elaborării;

Capitolul 3 definește procesul de proiectare și elaborare a sistemului informatic.

This project’s main purpose is to design and build the interop platform, as the only technologic solution for an efficient, secured and organized data exchange between public institutions and between public institutions and business, to improve citizens’ everyday comfort first.

The governmental interop platform is hosted on a bunch of VMs in the governmental technologic platform MCloud and complies with all the European Interoperability Framework standards. MConnect provides a series of benefits for all the participants in the data exchange: real-time access to qualitative, authentic and right data, from various informational state resources and other systems; secured and confidential data; efficient mechanisms for monitoring, journaling and auditing; reduced data access time; compatibility between various systems and various data models and formats.

MConnect uses an open-source technology, called Enterprise Integrator, developed by WSO2 company, to enable communication between different applications of various informational systems that are a property of the state or business. The core of all WSO2 products is the JAVA language, thus these products are cross-platform, meaning they can be installed on various environments and support a series of standard protocols and the most complex integration scenarios possible.
