Influenţa reciprocă dintre cadastrul bunurilor imobile şi cadastrul urban

Abstract

Lucrarea dată este structurată în trei capitole. În primul capitol sunt descrise aspectele generale ale cadastrului, atât teoretic cât și practice ale subiectului abordat. Este definit din punct de vedere teoretic definițiile, modul de organizare domeniile de activitate, ramurile de dezvoltare. Al doilea capitol reprezintă analiza cadastrului urban și planul urbanistic general în care sunt cuprinse domeniile comune, cât și datele ce ajung să interacționeze în urma coagulării acestor două ramuri. Capitolul trei este dedicat analizei subiectului studiat, în cazul acestei lucrări, localitatea studiată este satul Cetireni. Planul de dezvoltare elaborat pentru satul Cetireni are în vedere stabilirea limitei teritoriului intravilan, organizarea armonioasă a zonelor funcționale în teritoriu intravilan propus, asigurarea legăturilor între zonele funcționale și a legăturilor între localitățile comunelor învecinate.

This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the general aspects of cadastre, both theoretical and practical subject. The second chapter is the analysis of urban cadastre and urban management plan are summarized common areas and get to interact with the data from these two branches coagulation. Chapter three is devoted to the analysis of the subject studied for this paper studied the town is the village Cetireni.
