Abstract

Scopul tezei de masterat este studiul aspectelor teoretice ale metodologiei de analiză a pieţei imobiliare şi aplicarea acestora în condiţiile pieţei imobilului cu destinaţie comercială din or. Chişinău. În aceast direcţie se propune analiza cadrului metodologic de analiză a pieţei imobiliare, studiul şi aplicarea metodei indicilor statistici şi a metodei regresiei şi utilizarea practică a acestora în cadrul determinării valorii unui bun imobil cu destinaţie comercială.

The purpose of the master’s degree research paper is the study of the theoretical and practical concepts of the methodology of the real estate market consideration and their application on the commercial real estate market of the city of Chisinau. In this context we have made an analysis of the legislation in the field of real estate market assessment, the study and the application of the method of statistical indexes and the construction of a multilinear regression model and the practical application of these ones in determining the value of a real estate with commercial destination.
