Transportări multimodale a încărcăturilor generale

Abstract

Studiul efectuat a arătat că la moment cele mai eficiente metode de transportare a încărcăturilor din China în Moldova și invers rămân cele multimodale – transport maritim până la porturile Constanța sau Odessa și transportarea cu transport rutier pe uscat. Toate metode inovative cu aplicarea a mai multor transportatori și coordonarea lucrului acestora că ele sunt atât de complexe că companii de expediție încă nu au încredere în ele faptul care duce la aceea că fluxurile de încărcături rămân mici și unii din transportatori din sisteme amână transportările pentru a strânge încărcături și a face transportările mai eficiente. Aceste amânări la rândul lor nu pot fi acceptate de clienți și se face un cerc vicios care poate fi rupt numai prin lucru în pierdere a transportatorilor feroviari atâta timp cât clienții o să înțeleagă că sistemul funcționează stabil și poate fi utilizat fără riscuri.

The study showed that at the moment the most efficient ways of transporting goods from China to Moldova and vice versa remain the multimodal - transport by sea to the ports of Constanta or Odessa and transportation with road transport further. All innovative transportation methods with the application of numerous carriers and coordinating of their work remain unused by clients because they are so complex that shipping companies still don’t have confidence in them leading to the situation when cargo flow remains low and some of rail transportation companies postpone transportations to collect cargo and make more efficient transportations. These delays in turn are not accepteded by customers and is a vicious circle that can be broken only by working in loss of railway operators as long as customers will understand that the system works stable and can be used without risk.
