Stroboscop de motor Diesel

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia mijloacelor de transport şi poate fi utilizată la diagnosticarea instalaţiei de alimentare cu combustibil a motorului Diesel. Stroboscopul de motor Diesel conţine un traductor de presiune, care include, amplasate într-un corp, o membrană şi un dispozitiv de transformare, la care sunt conectate consecutiv un formator de impulsuri, un diferenţiator, un multivibrator monostabil, un formator de impulsuri normate şi un aparat de măsurat, precum şi un formator de impulsuri de scurtă durată, conectat între ieşirea multivibratorului monostabil si sursa de lumină pentru iluminarea marcajelor de pe volantul şi carterul motorului, şi doi rezistori conectaţi printr-un comutator în circuitul multivibratorului monostabil. În calitate de sursă de lumină pentru iluminarea marcajelor stroboscopul conţine o diodă emiţătoare de lumină. Traductorul de presiune este fixat demontabil pe conducta de combustibil (15) a motorului, corpul lui este executat în formă de pahar (2), de partea deschisă a căruia este fixată o membrană elastică (3), iar dispozitivul de transformare include doi cilindri amplasaţi coaxial, unul din care (7) este fixat pe fundul paharului, iar celălalt (5) – pe membrană. În spaţiul dintre cilindri este amplasat diametral un segment de fibră optică (9), la un capăt al căruia este conectată o diodă emiţătoare de lumină (10), iar la celălalt o fotodiodă (11), iar pe părţile frontale (6, 8) orientate una spre alta ale ambilor cilindri sunt executate proeminenţe profilate.

The invention relates to the transport mechanical engineering and may be used for diagnosticating the fuel feeding system of the diesel engine. The diesel stroboscope contains a pressure transducer, including, placed into a body, a membrane and a transformation device, to which there are connected in series a pulse shaper, a differentiator, a monostable multivibrator, a standardized pulse shaper and a measuring instrument, as well as a short pulse shaper, connected between the output of the monostable multivibrator and the light flux source for lighting the markers on the engine’s pulley and carter, and two resistors, connected through a commutator into the circuit of the monostable multivibrator. As light flux source for lighting the markers the stroboscope contains a light-emitting diode. The pressure transducer is demountably mounted onto the fuel tube (15) of the engine, its body is made in the form of sleeve (2), to the open part of which there is fixed an elastic membrane (3), and the transformation device includes coaxially placed two cylinders, one of which (7) is fixed onto the bottom of the sleeve, the other (5) – onto the membrane. In the space between them there is diametrically placed a segment of optical fibre (9), to one end of which there is connected a light-emitting diode (10), and to the other end – a photodiode (11), and onto the faces (6, 8) of both cylinders, oriented towards each other, there are made profiled prominences.
