Analiza competitivității întreprinderilor din domeniul telecomunicațiilor în contextul managementului performanței

Abstract

Teza de master reprezintă analiza aspectelor teoretice privind competitivitatea întreprinderilor din domeniul telecomunicațiilor în contextul managementului performanței. Scopul și obiectivele tezei constau în cercetarea și generalizarea aspectelor teoretice și metodologice privind competitivitatea și managementul performanței al întreprinderii, cercetarea tendințelor de dezvoltare a managementului întreprinderilor din domeniul telecomunicațiilor precum și analiza metodelor manageriale care duc la creșterea gradului de competitivitate a întreprinderii.

The thesis presents the analysis of the theoretical aspects regarding the competitiveness of the telecommunication enterprises in the context of the performance management. The aim and objectives of the thesis are the research and generalization of the theoretical and methodological aspects regarding the competitiveness and the performance management of the enterprise, researching the tendencies of the telecommunication enterprises, as well as the analysis of the managerial methods that lead to the development the enterprise competitiveness.
