dc.description.abstract În prezenta lucrare se aduc rezultatele cercetărilor experimentale asupra luminescenţei luminoforilor compuşi pe baza tiogalatului de cadmiu şi ZnS : Cu (0.5%), pregătiţi în condiţii speciale, mecanice şi termice. Sa înregistrat o lărgire a benzii de emisie faţă de benzile de emisie particulare. Excitaţia cu electroni mult mai eficientă faţă de razele X. en_US

dc.description.abstract В данной работе представлены результаты исследований люминесценции люминофоров на основе CdGa2 S4 и классического ZnS : Cu (0.5%), препарированного в специальных условиях. Обнаружено что при комнатной температуре полоса излучения шире. Интенсивность при бомбардировки электроном на несколько порядков выше, чем при использовании рентгеновских лучей. ru
