dc.description.abstract Prezenta lucrare propune modelul calităţii serviciilor în telecomunicaţii, care ne permite să analizăm întrebările QoS la toate stadiile de asigurare a QoS, începând de la elaborarea serviciului prestat de operator, serviciile prestate propriu-zise, contractarea acordurilor şi până la dirijarea cu diferite aspecte de reţea şi scopul realizării calităţii necesare a serviciilor, caracteristici legate succesiv cu politica de dirijare a QoS. en_US
dc.description.abstract This article proposes quality services model in telecommunication. The model offers the possibility to analyze QoS particularities on all the steps of QoS process, from the elaboration of the services provided by the operator, services provided proper, contraction of agreements till the management of different aspects of networks and the goal of realization of necessary quality of services, characteristics connected with QoS management politic. en

dc.description.abstract Настоящая работа предлагает модель качества услуг в сфере телекоммуникаций, которая позволяет изучать вопросы QoS на всех этапах обеспечения QoS, с момента разработки услуг оператором, обеспечения услуг, подписания договоров и соглашений до момента администрирования различных сетевых аспектов и с целью обеспечения необходимого уровня качества услуг, характеристики которые непрерывно связанны с политикой управления QoS. ru
