Perfecţinarea funcţiei de producţie în fabricile de confecţii din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare este dedicată reorganizării funcţiei de producţie în fabricile de confecţii autohtone. Practica întreprinderilor industriale arată că perfecţionarea managementului operaţional va fi posibilă, în primul rând, în urma creării unei structuri adecvate de producere. De asemenea, în articol sunt descrise funcţiile şi responsabilităţile Departamentului de Producere propus.

Present paper is dedicated to the reorganisation of production function in local clothing enterprises. The practice of industrial enterprises shows that the improvement of operations management is possible, firstly, after the creation of an adequate production structure. Also, the functions and responsibilities of proposed Production Department are described in the article.

Ce papier est dédié a la réorganisation de la fonction de production des fabriques autochtone des confections. La pratique des entreprises industrielle nous montre que le développement du management opérationnel sera possible, premièrement après la création d’une structure correspondant de production. Aussi, dans l’article on a décrit la fonction et les responsabilités du Département de la Production proposent.

В данной работе представлены мероприятия по реорганизации производственной функции на отечественных швейных предприятиях. Практика промышленных предприятий показывает, что совершенствование операционного менеджмента возможно в том случае если, в первую очередь, создается адекватная производственная структура. Также, в статье описываются функции и ответственность предложенного Производственного Департамента.
