Abstract:
It is established, that increase of speed of cutting for grinding cogwheels allows to increase efficiency of processing from 1,6 up to 1,85 times and to achieve accuracy and quality of the processed surfaces at one level. Approximately the same values of resistance of the tool at the same time are kept. With increase of speed deterioration of the tool on 1,6 times decreases. Results are received when Vd/Vm=100, where Vd-speed of the tool, Vm - speed of turn of a table.
