Abstract

Quality, fairness and effiency are the three piles of the management reform from the first decade of the third millennium from Europe and the entire world, that must allow for the construction of quality assurance systems, including the Republic of Moldova. This alignment is necessary not only for assuring a real and functional management of companies, but, also, for making compatible the our initiatives, theoretically and methodologically, with what it is happening in the world.
