Abstract:
Moldovan figurative painting inscribes in the evolutionary framework of
the 70s an expressive sub-stage, distinguished by the formula of plastic and
semantic approach to the image. The plastic formula describes two ways of
treating the form, one interested in the architectural constitution of the form and
another in “exceptional” modeling through various experimental invoice
combinations. The plastic formula offers new possibilities for semantic
interpretation of the message, bringing polyvalent expressions to plastic works.
