Rolul spiritului antreprenorial în dezvoltarea economiei naţionale

Abstract

În societatea noastră, care devine tot mai globalizată, este foarte important ca spiritul antreprenorial să fie încurajat şi dezvoltat la toate nivelurile: macro, mediu şi micro. Educaţia antreprenorială trebuie să dezvolte creativitatea şi potenţialul. Spiritul antreprenorial trebuie integrat în politicile şi programele statale pentru a avea un impact mai mare asupra obiectivelor naţionale. Cercetările arată că între spiritul antreprenorial şi creşterea economică există o dependenţă mare. Pentru a orienta această corelaţie în direcţie pozitivă este important de a stimula spiritul antreprenorial în direcţia unui proces eficient pentru crearea noilor locuri de muncă şi a genera creştere economică.

In our globalized society it is very crucial that the entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged and developed at the macro, medium and micro level. The entrepreneurial education should bring the creativity and potential up front. The entrepreneurial spirit should be integrated in the state policies and programs in order to have a greater impact of the national objectives. The researches show that there is a strong tie between the entrepreneurial spirit and economic growth. In order to bring this correlation into a positive side it is important to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit into a sustainable process for creation of new working places and generation of economic growth.

Dans notre société, que devient plus globalisé, est très important que l’esprit entrepreneurial sera encourager et développer aux tous niveaux: macro, moyen, micro. L’éducation entrepreneuriale doit développer la créativité et le potentiel. L’esprit entrepreneurial il faut l’intégrer dans les politiques et les programmes d’états, pour avoir un impact plus grand sur les objectifs nationaux. Pour orienter cette corrélation dans une direction positive est important de stimuler l’esprit entrepreneurial dans la direction d’un processus efficient, pour créer des lieux de travails et pour produire l’augmentation (croissance) économique.

В нашем глобализированном обществе очень важно стимулировать и развивать предпринимательский дух на высшем, среднем и производственном уровне. Предпринимательское воспитание должно поднять уровень творчества и производственный потенциал. Что бы направить больший импульс на реализацию национальных целей, стимулирование предпринима-тельского духа должно быть интегрировано в государственной политике и программах. Исследова-ния показывают, что между предпринимательским духом и экономическим ростом есть тесная связь.
