dc.description.abstract Există numeroase avantaje ale acoperirilor compozite obţinute prin metoda de electrodepunere, precum: realizarea unor structuri adecvate şi caracteristice, facilitarea realizării unei suprafeţe aderente la metalul de bază, preţul de cost scăzut, automatizarea şi reglarea procesului tehnologic, excluzând alte procese mecanice ulterioare, oferind posibilitatea alegerii acestora în locul aliajelor. Sunt cunoscute caracteristicile acoperirilor compozite cum ar fi: microduritatea, comportarea antifricţiune, rezistenţa la uzură şi coroziune. Au fost obţinute acoperiri compozite din soluţie de sulfat şi fibre ceramice scurte (din sistemul binar Al2O3-SiO2), la temperatura mediului ambiant. en_US
dc.description.abstract Many advantages of the covering composites obtained through the electrodeposition method, as are: to accomplish an adequate structurals and characteristics, facility to obtain an adherent surface to the metal base, low costs, possibility to automate and adjust the technology process, excluding other following mechanical processes, offer the possibility to select them in the place of the alloy. It is well-known characteristics of the covering composite such as: hardness degree, antifriction behavior, anticorrosive and wear resistance. It was shown that the electrodeposition composite was obtained from the sulfate solution and ceramic fibres (from binary system Al2O3-SiO2), at environment temperature. As the disperse phase, it has been utilize the short ceramic fibres for including in cadmium matrix to improve the covering stability at the corrosion. en
dc.description.abstract Il y a beaucoup d’avantages offerts par les recouvrements composites obtenus grâce à la méthode de l’électro dépôt comme: la réalisation des structures adéquates et caractéristiques, la facilitation de réaliser une surface adhérente sur le métal support, le prix de revient faible, l’automatisation et le réglage du procès technologique, en excluant d’autres processus mécaniques ultérieurs et donnant à la fois la possibilité de choisir ces recouvrements à la place des alliages. On a obtenu des recouvrements composites en solution de sulfate et fibres céramiques courtes à la température du milieu environnant. fr
dc.description.abstract Существует множество преимуществ композитных покрытий, полученных методом электрохимического осаждения, такие как: получение некоторых адекватных и характерных структур, создание благоприятных условий для получения поверхности сцепления к основе металла, сравнительно маленькая стоимость, возможность автоматизации и регулирования технологического процесса, исключая последующие механические процессы, предоставляя возможность выбора между этими материалами и металлическими сплавами. Были получены компо-зитные покрытия из сульфатных составов и коротких керамических волокон (из бинарной системы Al2O3-SiO2), при температуре окружающей среды. ru
