dc.description.abstract The present work reports on characterization of transferable one-dimensional (1-D) ZnO nanorods. Also, gas sensing investigations show that obtained single ZnO nanorod –based sensor posses a good selectivity and sensitivity to hydrogen gas. Doped 1-D – ZnO nanorod could possibly be used as a building unit in selective gas sensor opening opportunities for the fabrication of multifunctional nanodevices. en_US
dc.description.abstract În lucrarea dată se descriu caracteristicile nanobaghetelor de ZnO transferabile şi proprietăţile lor. De asemenea se raportează şi cercetările asupra sensibilităţii la gaze a nanobaghetelor de ZnO ca element de bază în senzori selectivi. Nanobaghetele de ZnO pot fi propuse ca element constructiv în diferiţi sensori selectivi ceia ce oferă oportunităţi de fabricare a nanodispozitivelor multifuncţionale. ro
dc.description.abstract Ce travail contient les caractéristiques des nanobaguettes de ZnO transférables et ses propriétés. Aussi, on décrit les recherches sur la sensibilité aux gaz des nanobaguettes de ZnO comme élément de base dans les détecteurs sélectifs. Les nanobaguettes de ZnO peuvent être proposées comme élément constructif dans différents détecteurs sélectifs ce qui offre des opportunités à la fabrication des nanodispositifs multifonctionnel. fr
dc.description.abstract В работе приведены исследования переносных одномерных ZnO нанонитей. Также представлены газочувствительные характеристики сензоров на основе нанонитей из ZnO.
