dc.description.abstract | In the actual conditions, the enterprise as an economical agent should be flexible, efficient, and easy adaptable. In order to maintain competitive advantage and the very viability of the companies in the conditions of a crisis, a specific joint strategic environment should be created, in order to mitigate weaknesses until final elimination. The main objective would be diminishing financial weakness and increasing competitiveness. Definitely, a well defined strategic plan cannot be established, since each enterprise has to be adjusted to the environment through some specific recommendations. | en_US |
